J. Kent Sweezey,Partner

Prior to co–founding Turnbridge, Mr. Sweezey served as the managing partner of Centre Southwest Partners, LLC, a middle–market private equity firm focused primarily on energy and energy–related investments. Prior to the formation of Centre Southwest, Mr. Sweezey was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette ("DLJ") and its successor firm, Credit Suisse First Boston, from 1984 to 2002. In his first ten years at DLJ, Mr. Sweezey was in Dallas, where he focused on the growth of the firm’s high–yield and equity underwritings, and advisory assignments for companies in the consumer products, construction products, manufacturing and oil and gas sectors. Mr. Sweezey was also involved in DLJ’s early merchant banking activities through its investments in Seven–Up Company, Dr Pepper/ Seven–Up Companies, and Dr Pepper Bottling Company of Texas ("DPBCT"). From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Sweezey served on the Board of Directors of DPBCT.

In 1994, Mr. Sweezey relocated to Houston to head a new DLJ office as part of the firm’s strategy to increase its presence in the energy sector. While co–head of the DLJ Global Energy Group, Mr. Sweezey focused particularly on the energy services sector, including offshore and land drilling companies, equipment manufacturers and service providers, and companies in the gas compression and transportation supply businesses. Mr. Sweezey also originated principal investment opportunities for DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, L.P., including a significant investment in W–H Energy Services, where he served on the Board of Directors prior to the initial public offering of the company.

Mr. Sweezey currently serves as a Director of Gray Energy Services, Nexus Gas Partners, Growth Capital Advisors and as President of the Board of Trustees of the St. Andrew’s School in Middletown, Delaware. Mr. Sweezey received his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, his J.D. from Southern Methodist University and his Master’s of Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.




Todd M. Tomlin, Partner

Prior to co–founding Turnbridge, Mr. Tomlin was a principal of Centre Southwest Partners, LLC, a middle–market private equity firm focused primarily on energy and energy–related investments. Prior to the formation of Centre Southwest, Mr. Tomlin spent ten years in the investment banking industry, working on a variety of financing and advisory transactions and principal investments. Mr. Tomlin was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette ("DLJ") and its successor firm, Credit Suisse First Boston, from 1996 through 2002 where he worked in both Houston and Dallas. In addition to his time at DLJ, Mr. Tomlin worked in the Dallas office of UBS Warburg LLC and the Houston offices of Kidder Peabody & Co., and Chemical Bank.

Mr. Tomlin’s industry experience includes most sub–sectors of the energy industry and related infrastructure segments, as well as the healthcare services, technology and transportation sectors. Since the formation of Nexus in mid–2006, Mr. Tomlin has served as an active member of the executive management team and has been primarily responsible for financial, business development and strategic acquisition activities.

Mr. Tomlin graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.




Thomas F. Ming, Partner

Prior to joining Turnbridge, Mr. Ming was a principal in the Dallas office of Greenhill & Co., a publicly traded independent investment and merchant bank headquartered in New York. Before joining Greenhill, Mr. Ming was an investment banker with UBS AG and its various predecessor firms from 1997 through 2005, where he covered power and energy clients while based in Dallas. Mr. Ming began his career as a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting Group.

Mr. Ming has been involved in over $50 billion of successful M&A transactions, in addition to completing a wide range of capital raising activities for both public and private companies. His industry experience includes regulated and merchant power, electric transmission and distribution, midstream and natural gas pipelines, energy marketing and trading, as well as steel manufacturing and other general industrial companies.

Mr. Ming graduated cum laude from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX with a Bachelor of Science concentrating in Finance.




Robert Horton,

Prior to joining Turnbridge, Mr. Horton co–founded and served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Unified Care Group, a healthcare services company based in Texas that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities and mental retardation. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Horton worked for United Surgical Partners International ("USPI"), a Dallas–based healthcare services company, serving as Vice President — Head of Acquisitions. Prior to USPI, Mr. Horton worked for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette ("DLJ") and its successor firm, Credit Suisse First Boston, from 1998 to 2002 in both Dallas and Houston in the investment banking industry. While at DLJ, Mr. Horton worked on a variety of financing and advisory transactions and principal investments.

Mr. Horton received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, Mr. Horton serves on the board of directors of Unified Care Group.




David Graham,

From 1997 through 2006, Mr. Graham served as a Managing Director of CapStreet, a Houston–based private equity firm. As one of three managing partners, Mr. Graham shared overall responsibility for the firm’s investments and administration. He helped organize and oversee CapStreet II, L.P., a private equity fund formed in 2000 with $375 million of equity capital committed by pension funds, endowments, and other institutional, family office and individual investors. From 2000 to 2006, CapStreet II, L.P. invested in 15 platform businesses and over 50 add–on investments, maintaining a focus on middle–market investment opportunities primarily in the southwestern United States. In over 10 years of private equity investment experience, Mr. Graham has had extensive involvement with numerous middle market businesses in a diverse group of industries, including, industrial manufacturing and distribution; consumer products development and marketing; specialized business services such as healthcare revenue cycle management; outdoor advertising; and fuel storage and terminal operations.

Prior to joining CapStreet, Mr. Graham was a senior partner in the corporate securities practice group of the Houston–based law firm of Andrews & Kurth LLP and served on the firm’s management committee. In late 2006, Mr. Graham founded CS Equities, LLC to focus on special situation private equity opportunities. CS Equities partnered with a management team in January 2007 to acquire the candle division of American Greetings Corporation. Mr. Graham currently serves as a Director of Gaines Group LLC, the successor to the candle business of American Greetings, Corrugated Services Inc., a privately–held containerboard manufacturing company, Worldwise Holdings, Inc., a CapStreet portfolio company, and Houston’s Memorial–Hermann Hospital System.

Mr. Graham received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. from the Southern Methodist University School of Law.
