Mr. Graham was a founding partner of Turnbridge in 2008. Prior to co-founding Turnbridge, Mr. Graham served as a Managing Director of CapStreet, a Houston-based private equity firm from 1997 through 2006. As one of three managing partners, Mr. Graham helped organize and oversee CapStreet II, L.P., a private equity fund formed in 2000 with $375 million of equity capital committed by pension funds, endowments, and other institutional, family office and individual investors. From 2000 to 2006, CapStreet II, L.P. invested in 15 platform businesses and over 50 add-on investments, maintaining a focus on middle-market investment opportunities primarily in the southwestern United States. In over 15 years of private equity investment experience, Mr. Graham has had extensive involvement with numerous middle market businesses in a diverse group of industries, including industrial manufacturing and distribution; paper and packaging; consumer products development, marketing and manufacturing; specialized business services such as healthcare revenue cycle management; outdoor advertising; wholesale and retail fuel distribution; and fuel storage and terminal operations.
Prior to joining CapStreet, Mr. Graham was a Senior Partner in the corporate securities practice group of the Houston-based law firm of Andrews & Kurth LLP and served on the firm’s management committee. In addition to service as a Board member of numerous portfolio companies during his tenure at CapStreet and Turnbridge, Mr. Graham also serves as a Director and Board Chairman of Corrugated Services Inc., a privately held producer of corrugated containerboard and packaging, and serves as a Director of Gaines Group, LLC, successor to the candle division of American Greetings Corporation, Energy Alloys Inc., a global provider of oilfield metals and services to the oil and natural gas industry, Nexus Specialty Systems, Inc., a hospital-based specialty health care provider, and Houston’s Memorial-Hermann Hospital System.
Mr. Graham received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. from the Southern Methodist University School of Law.
