Mr. Tomlin was a founding partner of Turnbridge in 2008, and currently focuses entirely on investment opportunities in the energy and infrastructure segments. Prior to co-founding Turnbridge, Mr. Tomlin was a principal of Centre Southwest Partners, LLC, alongside Mr. Sweezey, during which time he was instrumental in the firm's origination, execution and monetization of the Nexus and Gray investments. Prior to the formation of Centre Southwest, Mr. Tomlin spent ten years in the investment banking industry, working on a variety of financing and advisory transactions and principal investments. Mr. Tomlin was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette ("DLJ") and its successor firm, Credit Suisse First Boston, from 1996 through 2002 where he worked in both Houston and Dallas. In addition to his time at DLJ, Mr. Tomlin worked in the Dallas office of UBS Warburg LLC and the Houston offices of Kidder Peabody & Co., and Chemical Bank.
Mr. Tomlin's industry experience includes most sub-sectors of the energy industry and related infrastructure segments, as well as the healthcare services, technology and transportation sectors. During the formation, growth and eventual sale of Nexus Gas Partners (from mid-2006 through mid-2008), Mr. Tomlin served as an active member of the executive management team and had primary responsibility for financial, business development and strategic acquisition activities. Mr. Tomlin also served as an advisor to the Board of Gray Energy Services and led the company's acquisition and integration initiatives from 2006 through 2008.
Mr. Tomlin, who currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Allied Downhole Technologies, Pro-Stim Services and ROC Service Company, graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
