Turnbridge completed an equity recapitalization of Aereon (formerly Flare Industries) in 2011, alongside the founding Hainsworth family and the incumbent management team, in order to strengthen the capital base, accelerate organic growth objectives, and enable opportunistic acquisitions.

Founded more than 25 years ago, Aereon (formerly known as Flare Industries) was recapped by Turnbridge in 2011, alongside the founding Hainsworth family and the incumbent management team, in order to strengthen the capital base, accelerate organic growth objectives, and enable opportunistic acquisitions (three of which were completed in the initial years of the Turnbridge partnership).

In 2020, Aereon was combined with Cimarron, another Turnbridge platform with a leading presence in the emissions controls and solutions segment. Together, the combined company is a leading provider of standard and highly-engineered vapor recovery and combustion systems which it manufactures and markets to upstream, midstream, and downstream customers globally.
