Todd M. Tomlin co-founded Turnbridge in 2008 and is a Partner and member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. His responsibilities range from origination, execution, and portfolio growth, to sharing responsibility for the Firm’s strategic and capital raising activities. Mr. Tomlin currently serves as Chairman of the Boards of Brigade Energy Services, Impact Selector International and Probe Technologies, and as a Director on the Boards of Cimarron and Horizontal Wireline Services.
Prior to the formation of Turnbridge, Mr. Tomlin was a founding Partner at Centre Southwest (Turnbridge’s predecessor firm), where he led origination and execution of investments in Gray Energy Services and Nexus Gas Partners. He served as an advisor to the Board of Gray Energy Services and also served as chief financial officer of Nexus Gas Partners from inception through its sale in 2008. From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Tomlin worked in the investment banking industry, primarily with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (“DLJ”) where he focused on the upstream, midstream, and services and equipment sectors of the energy industry.
Previously, Mr. Tomlin served as Chairman of Allied-Horizontal Wireline Services and Pro-Stim Services, and as a Director of Aereon and ROC Service Company. Mr. Tomlin received a B.B.A in Finance from Texas A&M University.
